It is as Yoman said, it dont make much different which clan you are as the different clans give you only different bonuses and some different units. It is probably what type of strategy you are using in battle that is the problem. Try to save some replays of your battles and watch it over and look for mistakes, so you can learn from them. Or the problem is the strategy you are using in the campaign. But only you can now what the problem is as it is you that are playing. Try and look for a problem as you need a problem to fix something. What is your favorite clan in Shogun 2? I enjoy the Otomo clan the most I enjoy the Otomo clan the most. Sorry I cant hear you heretics over the cries of my thousands of loyal followers The samurai will be stopped by the faithful!

Because you seem suprised everyone declared war on you for no reason.-In case you already know what it is maybe this helps:Having at least 3 armies before realm divide strikes is recommended.Use 2 armies to invade and expand. And always leave 1 army behind, in a central province, ready to attack invaders.Choose a location where the army can reach multiple 'landing zones' fairly fast. This army should be assisted by ninjas, who you place on your coastlines. (the AI ussually lands on the same locations every time, after a few games you will notice somewhat of a pattern)When an invading army lands on your soil, try to sabotage it with your ninja untill your back-up army can reach them. When upgrading ninja, I always max out army sabotage and use them to protect weak points.-If you don't know what real divide is, reply to this post and I'll take the time to explain it for you.Good luck. Now the ninjas have the ability to disrupt armies, use it, it works wonders. If you are having an issue with an army, use a ninja to disrupt them.

This makes it so their army loses a few soldiers, but the important thing, is it uses up their turn so they can't move or attack or anything. Just keep disrupting them each turn to buy yourself time to get a proper attack in.Also use diplomacy to make allies who will attack your enemies with you.

Shogun 2 Guide

All of the clans are winable however some are easier to play than others. Note that is is only for the start of your game. Just look at the Tokugawa Sh.t start point, you are a vassal and can be easily overrun by the Oda or your controling clan but they are one of the best clans to play late in the game as they are close to most of the resources, Kyoto isnt to far away and you can bottleneck the advancing armys in south shinto and the tokugawa or oda capitalThe best clan is up to you, personaly i like the Takeada because of the cavalaryIts not the clan that matters but the person sitting behind the keyboard that makes the game work and takes it to the limit. Chosokabe or Shimazu seem the easiest to start out with. Just take over Kyushu and Shikoku (the two islands in the west) and set up a decent economy (Markets / Sake Dens are helpful). Build up some forces and push east toward Kyoto.

Once you've taken a lot of territory the Shogun will declare you an enemy and everyone will turn against you. That's why you should take over the two islands and don't make allies with them, because they will eventually turn on you and you don't want to be fighting on multiple fronts. I totally agree with Ieevan. Hojo are the easiest clan to play in my opinion, since you can pretty much ignore naval units (at least on the lower difficulties) plus you have a gold mine and two provinces, that are easy to defend, from the start. Here are two very important tips I can give you:- Watch for your clan-fame! If the fame-bar gets full, an event is triggered thats called 'realm divide', which pretty much means that everybody will form an alliance against you.

Shogun 2 Rise Of The Samurai Clans

You can find your clan-fame-bar in your clan-overview (button left of the next-turn-clock). It fills up if you conquer provinces, and is ussually full at around 14-16 conquered provinces. Android studio emulator process finished with exit code 1 hatası. Also if you attack kyoto the event is triggered. So your best bet is to stop conquering provinces if the fame-bar is nearly full. Try to make peace with your neighbours and focus on recruiting units and only attack if you really think you are ready.- Use the diplomacy to your advantage! Although you should never trust your allies, since most of the time they will backstab you at the worst of times, you can drag them into your wars which is pretty useful. Here is an awesome guide I read, when I was really new to the game, maybe it will help you as well!
